What is the Contact Underground? Joseph Burkes MD 2021.The Contact Underground is a general term that I coined. In its narrowest sense, it designates those that are promoting what are called Human Initiated Contact Events (HICE) aka Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind (CE-5). In Latin American, the “Underground” reflects the efforts of the Rahma network that was established in 1974 with the leadership of contactee Sixto Paz Wells. In English-speaking countries, it is the work of the CE-5ers.
