58M. Occult - positive ( meditations are going on for ulcer). Chronic gastric problem. Dry cough not going away almost a month now. Attaching chest xray and report. Any advice?

59M. Had blackish vomitting once yesterday + little blackness in my stool, since then my mind is eating me up. Done occult test today and it came positive. Distant doc is saying this is ulcer without any physical examination .Can it be ulcer or something else? Have chronic digestion issues
