Trying to recover from an eating disorder can be a nightmare, navigating all of the toxic "advice" both in person and online. Food disorders are especially hard because eating is, as we've learned, pretty necessary for survival. It can be discouraging knowing temptation lives in your home and follows you everywhere you go. We want all of our members, no matter how far they are on their journey, to believe that recovery is possible. We are here for each other.
