Eye lens replacement surgery. Had the surgery done couple of months ago, I was also suffering from astigmatism and generally poor eyesight in the region of -3.25.

I have 3.5 astigmatism I see a extended boundary shadow of a dark surfaces like this almirah that goes away or becomes less visible when I open more lights in my room but comes back in dim light becomes less visible when I go near the almirah.

I have double vision after removing glasses but as I go near the object it becomes normal. And even after wearing glasses I see slight double when I look at tv/laptop I see double on things like white letters in black background but that goes away when I move close to the screen.
