This is the urbex group for anyone living in the United Kingdom. 'Urbex' 'UE' or 'Urban Exploration' is exploration of man-made structures/mines/areas. These are usually abandoned sites or they are generally out-of-bounds to the public. Explorers are called 'Urbexers'. Their main goal is to get historical documentation of an area before it is redeveloped/demolished. It is understood amongst the community that you do not 'break and enter' and you most certainly do not vandalise or steal.
