Inspired by r/FormerPizzaHuts, this sub aims to be a capsule of all remaining red roof pizza huts around the United States, for those of us that are a bit too attached to this kind of stuff. The “red roof” design for Pizza Hut franchises came along in 1969 to offer a unique building exterior in order to stay competitive in the growing pizza chain-industry. The red roof design has since been abandoned, but as long as some remain, they will be preserved and promoted here for all to see.
