Psychedelic Techno is style of Electronic music that emerged from Techno and Psy-Trance with Industrial influences. X-Dream and The Delta can be considered as two projects that invented this style in 1997. Volume of releases per year is however pretty low since beginning. This is one of styles that have big potential for development and is getting support from real scene Berlin.
