Despite living in the largest city, there are plenty of great trails nearby and there is no better way to explore these trails (and to store your gear in an apartment) than to go ultralight. The purpose of this group is to meet like-minded people, teach/learn the ultralight ways, and informally organize trips on surrounding trails and meetups in NYC.
